Terms and conditions

1. Hanako Hanafuda zine Zine is an unofficial fanzine. All orders are pre-orders and will be shipped at a later date - estimated to be late June.

2. All orders made are non-refundable, non-returnable nor can they be canceled after they have been purchased.

3. All orders are shipped without tracking. In case tracking is wanted please contact us for the option. Please notice by adding tracking we will be charging you the difference in shipping cost.

4. After packages have been shipped we will NOT be held responsible for any mishap, damage, or lost packages that occurred during shipment as this is the courier’s responsibility. Nonetheless, we will ensure that your orders will be packaged securely and in case an issue occurs, please do contact your local post office first and then us to work out the best solution.

5. All the rights of the works involved in this project belong to the respective artists and writers and permission for reproduction and reposting will NOT be given unless stated by the original artist/writer.

6. Group Orders (GO) and shipments with friends are welcome. If any GO managers have any questions, you are free to contact us on social media or by using contact

7. All orders made through GOs will be accounted for by the specific GO manager. Once we have shipped the group order, we will NOT be further involved in the GO. This indicates that Hanako Hanafuda zine will no longer be liable for your items. Any further questions about your orders should go to the GO manager who will be the one responsible for making sure your orders are delivered to your local address.
